A monthly statement will be sent to you. For your convenience we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. Also, we offer a variety of payment options, including Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For those with dental insurance, most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
We accept Dental insurance from any insurance company that does not require you to go to a specific Dentist in their network. Please check your policy to determine the percentage of our fees they will cover for out of network providers.
Our office does belong to the following PPO networks and agrees to charge their negotiated fees for procedures that they cover.
